Rebecca Small, worldwide presenter and teacher of teachers, delivers step choreography for four complete classes. Taught in just 67 minutes on this DVD, the combos are designed to both give you a super workout as well as provide choreography patterns for step instructors. Rebecca teaches each combo in multiple layers so you can tailor the workout to your own or your class participants' skill level. Since every combo is perfectly symmetrical and balanced from beginning to end, with or without the more advanced layers, it's easy to stop layering on when you've reached the complexity level you prefer. Super Step was only available on video up until now.
